Refund policy

Quality, care, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of Honour Brand. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out so we can fix things as quickly as possible. 

• We provide full refunds up to 30 days after the original purchase date.

  Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction.

• We accept exchanges and requests for store credit up to 60 days after the original purchase date.

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  We cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred.

• Please allow 5-­7 business days for processing on all returns and in­-stock exchanges.
  In the event a requested item is unavailable, we will notify you first thing.

• If you need to exchange your item for another size or different item of the same price, send us an email at honour@honourbrand.com and return your item to: Honour Brand, 2447 Santa Clara Ave., #204, Alameda, CA 94501.

• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
